This is a piece done by Natalya Ilinykh. I like the style and this shows that a portrait does not have to be done in realism to be successful. Then again David Tenant as The Doctor is my favorite character portrayed through any entertainment medium ever... so I might be a little biased right now. All that aside it is some great work!
