This is a piece done by Natalya Ilinykh. I like the style and this shows that a portrait does not have to be done in realism to be successful. Then again David Tenant as The Doctor is my favorite character portrayed through any entertainment medium ever... so I might be a little biased right now. All that aside it is some great work!

Nielly Francoise has a bunch of digital paintings with the style that is showed in this Marilyn piece. I like how it looks like it was made on canvas with thick harsh strokes.

These are a couple illustrations done by Anton Semenov. His style is crazy cool! I feel like his style adds a dark and disturbing  feel.
